To place your order online, simply click on the "buy now" button
and your item(s) is automatically added to your shopping cart.
Once you have made your selection you may either proceed to check
out or continue shopping by clicking on the appropriate button.
When checking out, please enter information accurately. Your email
address must be entered correctly in order to receive your order
confimation. You will receive an initial email confirmation indicating
your order has been placed. Once your credit card has been processed,
you will receive another email providing you with a tracking number
in order for you to track delivery of your order. All orders are
generally shipped within 72 hours.

up to 7 business days for your check to clear before your order

When your order is shipped, you will be notifed by email and will
be given a tracking number so that you may track your delivery.
Orders will be shipped via USPS, this will allow us to ship to
your PO Box address if requested.

Shipping & Handling Info
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Pending authorization, we will process your order for shipping
within 72 hours on all in-stock items. We will contact you promptly
via email or by phone should an item become out of stock at the
time the order is received.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred standard
shipping carrier. We can ship to any address in the U.S., Canada
and most international addresses. We will email you a Delivery
Confirmation tracking number along with the appropriate carrier
upon processing your credit card. We are unable to instruct the
carrier how or when to leave a package at the shipping address.
It is up the discretion of the driver. Please contact the carrier
with any questions you may have regarding the delivery of your
package.

Canadian Residents (7-10 Business Days)
Once we receive your order, you will be notifed by email of additional
Shipping and Insurance charges. You must respond back to us within
72 hours indicating your acceptance of additional charges before
we can process your order.
*Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for undeliverable
and unclaimed packages, so please make sure that your shipping
address is correct before submitting your order. You will be charged
a $10.00 fee for any address correction made after the package
has left our warehouse.
**You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs
policies vary from country to country; you should contact your
local customs office for further information. Generally, packages
may be delayed and held at your local customs if duties and taxes
have not been paid.

How to Return Items
If you have any questions about returning merchandise, please

or call us at: 1.603.887.5617 - Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. EST.
Include the packing slip and write the authorization number with
your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection,
we recommend that you use Insured US Postal when returning goods.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Special Orders
We often carry special or limited items that may not be listed
on our website. Please let us know if you are looking for a special
item and we will arrange to order or search for the item. Just
send us an email to requests@toyboxusa.com or call us at 603-887-5617
to request a special order.
Back Orders & Out of Stock
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an
item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will send
you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect
to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you the item
in a different size or package. You can decide to either have
us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change
or cancel your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to order online?
All credible sources, magazines and newspapers agree that online
ordering is actually more secure than ordering over the telephone
or by mail. We use the latest industry standards for secure online
credit card transactions. Always make sure that you are typing
your credit card information you’re your browser is in “secure
mode” (information encrypted). You can see this by the keylock
(secure symbol) at the bottom right hand corner of your browser.
Another secure mode is having an “s” appear in the URL (i.e. https://...)
instead of http://...
You are advised to properly destroy any receipt that has your
credit card information to keep would be thieves away. Never send
your credit card information via the email.
I just placed my order and I did not receive an email order
confirmation
When you submit an order online, you will be given an order confirmation
number and a summary of your order. Your order has successfully
been placed and we will send you an email to confirm the shipping
of your order within 24-48 hours during normal business days.
If you do not receive an email confirmation within this time period,
please email us with your order number and we will promptly respond
to your request.
When do you charge my credit card?
When an order is placed, we will attempt to obtain an authorization
for the order amount. An authorization will check to see if the
credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. We utilize Address
Verification Service (AVS) to verify billing your credit card
billing information. If the bank needs more info, we will send
you an email message, or if necessary contact you by telephone.
Your card is charged when we receive approval from your Bank issued
credit card.
I ordered the wrong item and I want to return / exchange it.
What do I do?
You may return the item within 14 days after you received the
product. Contact us by email or by telephone: (603) 887-5617.
Do not open the item. It must be in resalable condition in order
to receive a full refund. Securely repack and ship the item back
to us via UPS or USPS. Write down your order number and tell us
what if you want to exchange the item for something else or receive
a credit. When we get your package, we will credit your credit
card for items returned. We can not refund shipping / handling
charges.
We shipped you the wrong item. What do I do?
If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us by email
or by telephone: (603) 887-5617. We will pay for your shipping
cost USPS Postal Mail to ship the item back to us. We will ship
the correct item to you.
